Prior to the placement or assignment of a Student or Faculty Member with Mosaic Life Care, a criminal background check must be obtained for each Student and on-site Faculty pursuant to the provisions of R.S. Mo. § 660.317. Background check recommendations are as follows:

In order to be eligible a Student or Faculty Member cannot have been convicted of or pled guilty of no contest to a class A or B felony, or drug related offense, in the state of Missouri or an equivalent offense in another state.
A Student or Faculty Member is not eligible for assignment to Mosaic Life Care and participation in the Program if their name appears on the Missouri Department of Social Services Employee Disqualification List or equivalent listing in another state.
