Teaching Certificate Program

The Teaching Certificate Program is offered through University of Missouri - Kansas City (UMKC) that is designed to introduce residents to academic literature, contemporary pharmacy education, teaching styles, and philosophies.  This program will help pharmacy residents to gain teaching experience, identify ways to improve, and to implement improvements through teaching activities.  Residents will develop their own teaching philosophy and teaching portfolio by the completion of the program.

Precepting Opportunities

Residents will be given the opportunity to co-precept pharmacy students. Mosaic Life Care has pharmacy students from UMKC, KU, Drake University, Creighton University, and St Louis College of Pharmacy.
