A notable leader in his field, Dr. Rosenberg is a board-certified neurosurgeon and the neurosurgery medical director at Mosaic. He earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed his neurosurgical residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, both in Boston, Mass. Dr. Rosenberg is a fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgery and a Diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
