Rachel has a bachelor’s degree in nursing with honors from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minn. She earned a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Missouri — Kansas City. Rachel is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

“Being a family nurse practitioner allows me to work directly with families to help them reach their ideal level of wellness,” says Rachel. “I love taking care of the entire family.”

Rachel is a nurse practitioner at Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph, Family Care, North Pointe B. From birth to adults, she sees patients of all ages. Rachel treats acute and chronic conditions such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity. She performs women’s health and well-child exams. As a mother of three, Rachel is comfortable with children and loves caring for them. She has extensive pediatric critical care and transport experience and is fluent in English and Spanish. 20 Who Count: 2018
In her free time, Rachel serves those in need around the world participating in numerous medical mission trips. For her efforts, Rachel was named to the 20 Who Count list in the St. Joseph News-Press. Each year the newspaper publishes their 20 Who Count feature of people who make our area a better place.
