Why did you choose to become a behavioral health provider?

I began my career in 1998 as a social worker for children and families as I had a strong desire to help others and to inspire others to be the best they can be despite their circumstances. I quickly discovered that there was a severely insufficient availability of mental health resources, in fact, in our community there was not a provider at all. This compelled me to seek additional education so that I can service people that have mental health/ behavioral health struggles in Gentry, Worth and Harrison counties that would not otherwise have access to the much-needed support/treatment.  

Why did you choose Mosaic Medical Center – Albany?

I grew up in Albany, and this hospital feels like home to me.
