Clinic Information

On My Way

To provide better patient flow and reduce time spent in the waiting room, patients can begin using the On My Way feature 45 minutes after the clinic opens. On My Way will be available until 90 minutes prior to the clinic closing.

On My Way is currently only available for already established patients with a MyChart account. If you are an existing Mosaic patient, login to MyChart or create a MyChart account.

The Mosaic Life Care Urgent Care Clinic in St. Joseph is open 7 days a week and is a walk-in clinic. If you need care after hours, please visit our ER.

Tell us if:

  • You have been in close contact with someone with known COVID-19
  • You have traveled to a high–risk area.

Or if you have any of the following symptoms:

  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Fever
  • Sore throat
  • Muscle pain

When Should You Visit An Urgent Care Center?

The best time to visit an urgent care is if your primary care physician is unavailable or you cannot wait to schedule an appointment with them. Common conditions we see at our urgent care center in St. Joseph include sore throats, fever, minor cuts and fractures, sprains, vomiting, diarrhea, UTIs and more.

If you or a loved one is experiencing a life-threatening emergency such as a heart attack or serious head injury, call an ambulance or visit the ER.
