Healthy Lifestyles
Healthy Lifestyles is a FREE, 12-week wellness program designed to help you make wise choices, introduce good habits and improve your overall health no matter where you are in your cancer journey. Each session at Mosaic Cancer Care will address cancer-specific lifestyle topics including nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress and other factors affecting your overall health.
The sessions are every Wednesday from January 8 – March 26 from 4 – 5 p.m.

Join us for some friendly competition and, who knows, you might even spot some nurse friends joining in the excitement. There will not be St. Joseph Bingo in September due to Labor Day. It will resume in October.
