Respiratory Outpatient Testing at Mosaic Life Care offers convenient access for patients who need a COVID, strep, RSV or flu test performed. We have three locations that provide these tests, but each one is a little different. Please choose the one that best fits your needs.
Respiratory Outpatient Testing
The following four tests are done at this location.
- Coronavirus (COVID–19)
- Rapid COVID–19 Antigen Testing and COVID–19 PCR
- Strep Throat
- Flu
- RSV
A Mosaic or non–Mosaic provider referral is required to be tested at this location. The testing site is open Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Patients will need to have a Zoom visit with their provider and if the provider feels testing is appropriate, an appointment will then be scheduled by the clinic.
Mosaic Medical Center – St. Joseph, Plaza 1
Only COVID-19 testing is done at this location as part of pre-surgery or pre-procedure.
Both Mosaic and independent providers can refer patients for testing at this location. COVID-19 testing through Plaza 1 also requires an appointment which will be scheduled by the referring clinic.
Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph – Urgent Care
The following four tests are done at this location.
- Coronavirus (COVID–19)
- Strep Throat
- Flu
- RSV

This location accepts self-referrals with no prior appointment. If you or someone you know is wanting to be tested without a provider referral, please direct them to Urgent Care.
