Valet Services are available at the main entrance of Mosaic Life Care at St. Joseph, Medical Center. Patients and visitors can use it Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 6 p.m., excluding all major holidays.
How does the valet service work?
When patients/visitors arrive at the main entrance, they will pull up to the valet service podium. A valet will take their car keys, their cell phone number and the make and model of the car they’re driving. The valet will send a text and when the patient/visitor is ready to leave, they click on the link from the text.
What happens if the vehicle is not picked up by 6 p.m.?
Thirty minutes before the valet service ends, valets will begin to contact owners to return their keys by 6 p.m. If a valet is unable to locate the vehicle owner, the keys will be taken to the security officer stationed at the ED Desk.
Is there a charge to use this service?
This service is FREE for all patients, visitors and guests. Tips are not encouraged.
Who can use this service?
Valet services are reserved for patients, visitors and guests of the hospital, only.
Where will the valet cars be parked during the day?
During the hours of operations, vehicles will be parked in the “Valet Only” portion of Lot J, which is on the east side of the medical center, near the main entrance.
