Adrenal fatigue

Overview

Adrenal fatigue refers to a group of nonspecific symptoms such as aches, fatigue, and nervousness. It isn't an accepted medical diagnosis. Adrenal insufficiency is a medical term for inadequate production of adrenal hormones, causing similar symptoms.
