Mammary ductal carcinoma


Overview

Mammary ductal carcinoma is cancer that starts in the milk ducts of the breast. Ductal carcinoma in situ hasn't spread outside of the milk duct. In invasive ductal carcinoma, cancer cells have spread to other parts of breast tissue. Cancer staging is done by a doctor.

Treatments

Treatment might include medication, radiation, and surgery.
