Marfan syndrome is an inherited disorder that affects connective tissue. It affects the heart, eyes, blood vessels, and bones.

Symptoms

People with the syndrome are tall and thin with long arms, legs, fingers, and toes.

Treatments

Treatment includes medications to keep blood pressure low, eyeglasses or contact lenses, and surgery.
