When to make a doctor’s appointment

Make an appointment to see a doctor if:

  • Amount of sweat changes significantly
  • Daily activities are altered due to perspiration
  • There's a change in body odor

Self-care

Antiperspirants reduce perspiration, and can be applied at night to palms or soles of feet. Look for man-made fabrics designed to wick moisture away from body during exercise.
