Avocado aioli

Spread this aioli on your favorite sandwich or use as a dip with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
- 2 medium avocados, pits removed
- 1 cup 1% cottage cheese
- 1 medium onion, cut into chunks
- 1 small jalapeno pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor; mix until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 to 3 days.
