Thai peanut beef

Tip: This is quicker than ordering Thai takeout. Serve with brown rice and broccoli or bok choy.
- Add 5 tablespoons soy sauce.
- Add 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter.
- Add 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
- Add 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro.
- Add 2 tablespoons chopped scallions.
- Add 1 tablespoon vinegar.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Add 1 tablespoon ginger powder.
- Add 8 ounces beef tenderloins and marinate for 30 minutes in fridge.
- Add 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
- Sear beef on both sides.
- Cook to an internal temperature of 145 F.
