Balsamic feta chicken
Serves 6
Tip: To avoid overcooking, insert a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the breast. Cook to 165 F.
- Add 6 chicken breasts.
- Add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Add 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar.
- Add 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
- Add 1 tablespoon paprika.
- Add 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard.
- Coat the chicken.
- Marinate chicken breasts for at least 20 minutes.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 375 F.
- Sprinkle each chicken breast with 1 tablespoon feta cheese.
