Parmesan roasted cauliflower

Tip: After you master this technique, try it with broccoli, brussels sprouts or a combination.
- Add 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs.
- Add 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- Add 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil.
- Add 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt.
- Combine evenly.
- Boil 3 cups cauliflower for 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle bread crumb mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 375 F.
