Tip: Serve this fresh uncooked tomato salsa with chips, tacos or grilled fish.
- Add 2 Roma tomatoes.
- Add 1/4 cup diced onion.
- Add 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno pepper.
- Add 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro.
- Add 1 clove garlic.
- Add 1/4 cup fresh lime juice.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
- Mix well.
