At Mosaic, we strive to be on the forefront of health care technology and to be able to provide state-of-the-art technology solutions to our patients. This enables are patients to provide the highest quality of care close to home, which we believe also contributes to healing.

Technology Preview at Mosaic

In this preview, we give a brief overview of some of the different cutting edge technologies we use at Mosaic to deliver to the best and safest care to our patients.

Technology Overview at Mosaic

In this overview, we cover a number of different cutting edge technologies we use at Mosaic to deliver to the best and safest care to our patients.

The Galaxy System™

The Galaxy System™ is an all-in-one solution for robotic-assisted bronchoscopy. It is used for eligible patients who are diagnosed with a lung nodule or lung mass to perform a biopsy and find out if the nodule or mass is cancerous or not. See how Galaxy is helping Mosaic Pulmonologists improve the way we diagnose lung cancer.

Robotic Surgical Assistant (ROSA®)

ROSA® is a cutting-edge robotic surgery system designed to enhance precision, minimize invasiveness, and improve patient outcomes. ROSA® is most commonly used for knee and hip replacements and helps guide and calibrate the cuts an orthopedic surgeon makes during the surgery. Discover how ROSA® is impacting patient care.

Neurointerventional Advancement

Time is brain and Mosaic is advancing our stroke program to get treatment to patients sooner. Neurointerventional radiology is a treatment approach for conditions that occur within the vessels of the brain or within the spinal cavity. Learn more about how Mosaic is making space to provide the latest technology that uses minimally invasive techniques.

Omni PET Scan

PET scans use a radioactive medication to detect disease by identifying cells with high metabolic rates. PET scans can also be used to identify organs and tissues that aren’t working properly, detect cancer, heart problems and brain disorders. Learn more about how having the latest PET scan technology helps Mosaic improve accuracy, reduce radiation dose, provide faster imaging and improve the overall patient experience.

Da Vinci® System

The Da Vinci® surgical system is a robotic tool that helps surgeons perform a variety of surgeries. Some of the specialties using DaVinci® include but are not limited to:
  • Urological surgery (e.g. prostate and kidney removal, and treating bladder, prostate, kidney cancer and kidney disorders)
  • Gynecological/obstetric surgery (e.g. Hysterectomies, c-sections, treating fibroid tumors, endometriosis, etc.)
  • General surgery (e.g. Hernia repairs)
  • Thoracic surgery (e.g. Lung biopsies and removal of cancerous tissue)

Cancer Care Technology – TrueBeam™ Linear Accelerator

The TruBeam™ Linear Accelerator blends imaging, beam delivery and motion management to accurately target tumors. The treatment provided requires no surgery, no incisions and no post-surgical healing. With this technology, patients receive high doses of radiation targeted to the tumor while reducing the dose received to surrounding normal tissue. See how this technology advances the way radiation treatment is provided.
